Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, research, and proactively prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling to grow the corporate customer base.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms aligned with client policies and successfully close deals to secure new business and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sale assistance, address client escalations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process to guarantee continued satisfaction with company services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of client activities, opportunities, and sales pipelines. Prepare regular reports on progress toward individual goals and overall performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the M.I.C.E team, Operations, and the TripEx team to ensure a seamless customer experience, efficient sales workflow, and a comprehensive understanding of our travel technology solutions.
